Project overview
This coastal home brief required furniture that reads light and resilient. We combined kiln-dried Australian hardwoods with marine-grade finishes for longevity in a humid, salt-laden environment.

Project notes
All timber pre-sealed; joinery tolerances adjusted for diurnal movement typical on the Gold Coast. We incorporated ventilation gaps behind tall cabinetry where wall cavities were prone to humidity.

Lead times
Standard bespoke suites: 8–12 weeks. Coastal-treated outdoor pieces: 10–14 weeks depending on approvals.

Sustainability
We prioritise locally sourced timbers and low-VOC finishes. Offcuts are repurposed into smaller furniture and fixtures when possible to reduce waste.
